Email assistant
Forward an email, get a triage or a drafted reply back.
Give your agent a mailbox. Forward it a thread and ask "draft a polite decline" or "what are they actually asking for?" — the reply comes back by email, and a back-and-forth behaves like a chat conversation.
What you need
- The Email channel — works with any mailbox, including a plus-address on your existing one
How it behaves
Only senders you've allow-listed get answers, so a stranger emailing the address gets silence, not an agent. Replies stay in the same thread. Voice memos attached to an email are transcribed and treated as the task.
Things people use it for
- "Summarize this thread and list what I owe them."
- "Draft a reply saying yes to the meeting but pushing it a week."
- "Turn this bug report into a GitHub issue in the www project."
That last one is the quiet superpower: email is a channel like any other, so an emailed request can become real work in a registered project, with the result mailed back.
